A brawl in Chicago led to one man to drive his car into a crowd of people, including a Chicago police officer. The video starts off with some men fighting, and a car takes off and people can be seen running for their lives to avoid the speed racer.

During the fight the police waited for back up to arrive as they was out numbered, right before the other officers got to the scene the car stopped, and the men continued to fight.
