Philly DA's Office Supports New Trial for Jailed Rapper Meek Mill
Philly's D.A. asked Judge Genece Brinkley to remove the 2008 conviction of Meek Mill, because arresting officer Reginald Graham, was a dirty cop. If the case is dropped Meek's original chargers will be tossed from his record and could be released from the Pennsylvania prison any day now.
Meek Mill is currently been held for probation violations, serving 2-4 years. Judge Brinkley did not sign off, and, instead, will handle the next ruling in a June hearing. This is something that gives a good feeling to the Philly rapper as he sit behind bars, as the system try and work things out with his lawyer to free Meek Mill soon.
