China Mac was arrested fo pulling out a .40 caliber pistol shooting Christopher Louie in the back. The rapper went on the run from the police, he was caught trying to cross the border into Canada. Mac served 10 years in jail, on his song "One Shot" he says "There mad I'm home.

China Mac has been locked behind bars for the last decade, the sound of music in has change over the years, but not Mac rap skills. China Mac who rose to fame for his police brutality anthem titled "Buck A Cop," still sounds aggressive and nice with the bars.

Since being home the rapper has new music with New York artist Young M.A, Dave East and more. He co-founded his own recording studio and label called Red Money Records.
