Chi Town Tay release his new music project titled "What's Going On Vol 1," including 13 new songs including leading single "Everybody Say They 100." Chi Town Tay is from Chicago he is currently signed to Boosie's" Bad Azz Syndicate" record label. The mixtape features Boosie Bad Azz his self, OG Dre and Levee Dogg also put in work to help complete the project.
