Chance is still setting examples for those who can make a difference, Chance attended a Chicago public school Career fair friday March 24. This comes couple weeks later after Chance donated $1,000,000 dollars to Chicago broken school system. There where talks of the whole school system shutting down half way through the year, and only seen one person make a step towards keeping the doors open.
After giving a million dollar check he also had this to say to all the Chicago public school kids
“I’m also proud to announce that for every $100,000 raised, Social Works [Chance’s not-for-profit organization] will donate $10,000 to a specific public high school, including the $1,000,000 I just donated.”
Yesterday the rapper sat in a classroom yesterday during a career fair, listened to the kids and gave advice to students. Chicago is lucky to have a special guy like Chance he is not just the rapper.
