Judge Robert Cicale Admits To Stealing Woman's Underwear

A New York judge is now behind bars for repeatedly breaking into a neighbor's home to steal her underwear. After the woman was alerted by him breaking into the house, she called police and captured him knocking on someone else door.

The judge has confessed to snatching panties on multiple occasions, even though he has pleaded not guilty. Judge Robert Cicale is facing up to 15 years in prison, and has been removed from the bench and will appear in court Friday.
