Common Talks With Garry McCarty About Race, Police Relations and More

Common just released his latest single called "Black America" addressing issues dealing with race and the violence within inner cities. Common is now part of a EPIX documentary series, called "America Divided". Common sits down with Garry McCarthy former police superintendent.

The two meet up and discuss whats wrong with Chicago, and why there isnt any trust in the black community for cops. Common and ex -superintendent sat down and talked about police relations, how the mistrust started, inequality in the criminal justice system,housing, heath care, labor and the political system. This will be a 6 part series including Chicago on the disparities in the criminal justice system.
